CutEarn URL shortener is new shortener, even tho the domain has been used for shortener long time ago. The admin registered the domain again, after it expired. However, the new CutEarn is shady and nothing better than the first one. The admin is not very experienced, right now there are SCAM reports for no payments. I don't recommend you to use this shortener, because the admin is unprofessional, no experience. The admin runs the shortener ridiculously, with worst business decisions. Example for that is the format of the ad pages, tones of ads with tones of captchas one after another, with multiple wait time... no more words. Use this shortener on your own risk.
