acortaz-net is a latin url shortener which has pretty good design. The admin also owns zshorte-net url shortener so you can check it out too. The ad pages are very nice, not so many ads and the counter is super, because I get more visits than my own statistics is showing me. The only problem is the low CPM, which to me is like $2,5 per 1000 views. But if I compare it to exe-io and the shaving there, I make much more with acortaz-net. Currently I am testing the shortener and as soon as I make a withdraw and get paid I will share the payment proof report.
