the rates are so bad compared to the adsterra adult ads, and like 3 moneytizer ads, absolutely not worth $1.4 average CPM for me. look you have $0.3 from adsterra banners, $0.6 from moneytizer, $0.3 from mgid and then the 3 pops around $0.7 + inpage push $0.3. maybe they earn low but thats not the fault of networks but instead theirs as faucets, and illegal traffics are not banned. I found shotly on multiple faucet sites and also somebody was promoting group click website with shotly.io links.
