My last payment received in 5 days after requesting. cpmlink-net url shortener is having a really hard times. According to other reports it even scammed. They lowered the CPM and fill the ad pages with popups and redirects. I stop using CPMlink for a while, at least until they rise the CPM. Right now it is not worthy anymore.
