For now, this URL shortener is paying, but make sure to be careful, because owner is proven scammer with his other sites: vip1link, 10short, best3link, go3link etc.
I got paid in just under 2 hours, so that's an advantage, but the AdSense ad pages are are really heavy with many pops and CPM is fake! It is $3 for all countries.

I didnt notice until now, but there was not only $0.05 missing in payment, which is not an issue to me, but before I withdrew, some money disappeared from my account, around $0.25, Its not a big deal, but still weird it happened.
