Just noticed that OUOFLY link shortener started shaving since yesterday the number of counted visitors. My traffic is the same every day, and yet I see 70% less counts, that's an absolute disaster. Together with that the shortener lowered it fake rates, yes they are fake from the start, now they are fake fake, from 3 to 2,5 USD per 1000 views.
