ouo-io URL shortener is shaving! Yes this is official cheating report, of 25% less visitors counted than the actual number of visitors which successfully reached the destination page! I have own statistics before and after each url shortener I use and the numbers doesn't fit here, out of 196 visitors who watched their ad pages and reached my destination url, the counted number from the shortener was 144 . Now what I want also to add here is that ouo-io is cheating also in the rates, they have absolute FAKE rates! Everybody can do business like that and be in profit! Absolutely awful behavior, which is damaging the competitors. The cheating in the number of counted visitors a.k.a. shaving, is temporary and not always, but may stay for week or two. Also I don't know if it is global shaving to all publishers or only to some of them.
