hello there, just quick information Adtival's Cpm rates are all fake, as they said they will give 7$CPM for India but when I tested they are actually they are giving 3$ fixed for every country

Be careful with this admin, he pays at will.
I used to use his service for pop ads and he did not send me the last 2 payments, just noted in my account that it is complete. He did not respond to my question about the problem with payment in the WhatsApp and left it unanswered.

@birdurls YES there are reports that some publishers are not paid on their shortener. I hope someone post here SCAM report, so we have full picture. Right now I don't have a proof for scam, but other may have.
