Please be informed that on the 1st of November (Sunday), from 3:30 AM to 8:30 AM (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/eet&source=gmail&ust=1604092843295000&usg=AFQjCNFaqwCsrghbeF2PSAOMySDgFsnwx w">EET), some of the functions of the Paysera VISA card may not be working due to the system being updated.
The use of the following card functions may be interrupted at the specified time of the system update:
- shopping online and at physical points of sale;
- cash-out;
- outgoing/incoming transfers to/from the Paysera VISA card account;
- changing card status — activation / temporary blocking / cancellation.
Other temporary malfunctions are also possible, e.g. the account balance of the Paysera VISA card may be displayed incorrectly. Once the system is updated, you will be able to use the functions as normal.
